Teatree essential oil, neat, drip it under the nail. That kills virtually anything pathogenic. Propolis, myrrh, thyme oil, all can be useful, if you not happy with the teatree oil smell. Whats the best way product out there to get rid of toenail fungus?
2.5 PH acidic water will kill bacteria on contact. Soaking in the 2.5 PH water for about 20 minutes and 3 times a day will kill the surface fungus in a few days. However if it is under the toenail, then the whole body is prescribed medication to rid the body of the infection.

I recently got rid of my toenail fungus. Initially I tried everything - vicks vapour rub, tea tree oil, vinegar etc and nothing worked.
I then applied Loceryl (available from the chemist) twice a week for 3 months and i finally got rid of it! Loceryl is pretty expensive but it is worth it!!!
A product in the US not known well in the US is Grapefruit Seed Extract. The Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) comes in liquid, which you dilute then soak your affected toenail in. GSE is also good for treating yeast, ear infections, throat infections, and more. We would never go without a bottle of it in the house. There are directions on the label (peel back) for treating different things. GSE is now being more commonly used as a safe preservative in personal care items.
I hope you get some better answers than mine.Many years ago I had some orange crud running up my big toe nail. I drilled a hole through the nail with a wire drill and kept putting a drop of diluted bleach on it until it went way.
take some Oil of Oregano capsules internally.
burst a capsule or a different bottle of the Oil of Oregano applied to the distressed site.
Tea Tree Oil works great. Apply it to the affected area once or twice a day until your fungus is gone.
