What is recommended for treating toenail fungus?

My two big toes are infected and I want to know what would work to help restore my nails. What is recommended for treating toenail fungus?
Vick's VapoRub. No, I am not joking. It really works. Apply it to the affected toes. Menthol and eucalyptol in the vaporub comes from the eucalyptus plant from south america. The plant has natural anti-fungals in it because it must ward off fungi in the warm moist soil of it's environment. Vick's Vaporub is a cheap, OTC solution to your problem. What is recommended for treating toenail fungus?
OH...man! At first glance of this question I thought it said ';eating'; instead of ';treating';. Whoa, freaky.
The weirdest thing I've ever heard of, and tried, and had it work... is Vick's Vaporub. No idea why, but it seems to really do something.

If, however, you don't want weirdo, kooky home cures, go to Walmart. They have stuff there in their footcare aisle for fungus.

Good luck!
don't laugh but i had this for over 3 years then tried something unconventional that actually worked......vicks vapor-rub. i had tried the pills for 6 months, creams, everything....nothing worked. the vicks did. a little old lady told me about it. good luck!
EWWWWWWWWW!!!! YUCK!! WHY DO YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT IT???
nonyx, its kinda hard to find, but if you find it its great. I've used it and its worth it. That gets the nails.
get tea tree oil and apply it several times daily
Sounds crazy, but put Vick's Vapor Rub on your toe nails at night, then put your socks on. You'll probably notice some improvement soon, and within 2 months probably completely cleared up.
Lamasil.
I recommend a visit to a podiatrist and a Rx drug, Lamisil.
go ask your doctor
Use a jackhammer, intermittently over the course of a couple of weeks (on each infected toe).
the doc
Cut ur toes off !!
