You will need to see a Dermatologist for toenail fungus. They will either prescribe a topical medication, or an oral one.
With the topical one, you will have to cut back your toenail to expose the fungus. How do you get rid of stubborn toenail fungus?

My toenail came off after I injured it, and when it grew back, the fungus was gone!

Clean cotton socks with foot powder in the shoes daily. Get some loose fitting sandals.
Oil of oregano. Put drops on toe and wrap. It doesn't smell nice, but it does the job.
